I have a 97 honda accord. every now and then when i shut it off and go to turn it back on all it does is turn over. then after a few mins i try and it will start but dye, or start. its got over 300k miles on it. could it be the fuel pump? or what other issues could arise. now it wotn start but just turn over.

 

Check for fuel, spark, compression and timing...
