which throttle body gasket do i use on my y7 to y8 throttle body change?
Doing a y8 mini me with a y8 intake manifold
Switched y8 throttle body with y7 throttle body and y8 rotor
Ordered a head gasket kit that fits y7, y8 and the gaskets for both y8 and y7 are different than the 2 gaskets that came in my kit....

You are correct, use the Y7 throttle body with the IACV attached but swap in the rotor from the Y8 throttle body so it spins in the correct direction.
Im not sure you have to change gaskets, when I did my Y7 to Y8 conversion, I reused the original gasket with no leaks or CEL's.

I went through those. I don't see where the OP said anything about swapping throttle bodies.
Is this so you don't have to do any wiring for the IACV?
I used the D16y8 head, intake manifold, throttle body, fuel rail, and injectors
I had Hondapartshero tell me this in a previous thread I created, but I just need to know if I can reuse the gasket, hence me buying a new one, since I'm using the y7 throttle body should I use the y7 gasket?
