Even stock, it's not really for me. I'm looking for something else really. thanks for the help. Found a stock Prelude Type S... there a deposit on it. Check out my sig... it'll give you an idea of what' i'm looking for
I'm just gonna throw this out there. Where are EPB Si's rare? Low mileage yes. But I've got one, and I know theres 3 or 4 all stock ones in town, and 3 or modded ones. And wasn't Milano Red the color they made the least of? Why don't you look for a silver SiR?

papasito - Thanks for the suggestion
EK9Rider - Hope that was you that bought the Type S from CA
BoostinEJ1 - I agree with the EM1 comment, but I beg to differ on my asking price, I priced the car with the mods at 19k because I wasn't honestly looking to sell it quick as is. I'm sure you saw when the car was posted for sale by the previous owner and if not I can say the car is by far the perfect candidate for someone looking for a mint/stock example. As far as the OP selling a lower mileage EK9 for less....I'm glad he kept it mint is all I can say, but if you ask me you can't compare my 96spec to a 98+ EK9 on a price stand point. Let's disregard the high price increase some EK9 sellers ask for like 20k+, 98specs are plenty and I think should sell up to par with what you think is a "good price". Speaking of which If I could ask what do you think is a proper price for let's say my 96spec, mind you I still have my matching motor and selling for 14k stock right down to the suspension.

Hey man I don't mean to be bashing your price or anything it was just my opinion. I'd take a CTR over a ITR RHD or not. But hey there's someone out there I'm sure willing to pay your full asking price. Without trying I sold my 01 ITR for $21,500
