The first thing you need to do is check your local and state laws. A number of states cann and will fail you immediately for fiddling with the SRS system, which you have to for a "racing" steering wheel.
After you do that, you need to stop calling it a racing steering wheel. I'd bet you have no clue what's different between steering wheels, other than "this one looks prettier than that one." If you're installing it for bling factor, it isn't a racing wheel, no matter what the company calls it.
After that, you need a hub adapter that matches your car, as well as the wheel. This is parts swapping 101. There are only hundreds of write-ups about it out there. Get to reading.
