Default swappin a manual GSR into a 00 civic DX auto???

yeah, possibly tempting this feat.
buddy has a 2000 civic DX auto.
has full swap for this car, like the ECU, engine, axles and so on, even the 3rd pedal and slave cylinder and all the hydro clutch lines.
my questions...
--on my hatch(99 EK) i used a 99-00 si wireing harness, will that work for this swap in the auto car or is that plug that goes to the accsecories different?(guage cluster)
--how much of a pain in the *** is it to put in the 3rd pedal/clutch master cyl assembly? does it suck to drill all the holes and mount it?
-- is it a bitch to get rid of the auto shifter and replace with the manual shifter?
-- what about pushin in the clutch pedal for starting? would i have to wire that switch in?
i might have missed a few things, but these are my primary questions, thanks to all that help me out!

yea if you get a si wiring harness it will just plug-n-play
there should be holes already for the clutch mc in the firewall so no need for drilling just pop out the gromets.
to get the auto shifter out isnt that bad, just have to drill out a few rivits and take the shifter shield off.
you can wire the clutch switch in, not rea hard to do, use a relay and so it closes the started circuit.
