What car is the S80 E3D transmission from?

What car is the S80 E3D transmission from?
Im stumped and have tryed google, and still have not come up with what this transmission has came out of. any help is appreciated.

I believe it is a UKDM or EUDM ITR transmission. In my '97 is an E3E stamped code. It is UKDM and it has the same gears/FD as the 98 spec JDM unit. Not sure what the difference the E3D might be...
