Default BKR7e-11 plugs in GSR

NGK Plugs

Just wondering who is using these plugs in a stock Integra VTiR (GSR)? Are they safe?

There seems to be mixed things on forums in regards to using 6 or 7(colder) plug.

Would these also be safe to use in an AUDM spec DC2ITR (11:0 cr)? Is a '5' plug too hot for an ITR it would cause damage?

Thanks

If this is not a turbo/nitros/supercharger application then you shouldnt be running a heat range of 7 on your plugs. Stock plugs are cheap why bother trying something else?

Just needed more info if 7 was too cold for a stock NA application. BKR7e-11 were promo plugs, i got them for nothing which is why i asked.

Best thing to do is test them. You will know if it runs too cold by looking at the plugs. In an ITR run the 7 heat range, for a GSR optimal would most likely be a 6 though.
