quick run down,Tilton cerametallic clutch with tilton throw out bearing setup with a control valve. When i go to push the clutch in it bogs the motor and sometimes shuts it off. Any idea what could be causing this? I've bleed the clutch multiple times and the same thing is happening.

Sounds like a thrust issue. Are you sure you have the correct throw out bearing kit?

 

Pull the pan.

 

Same clutch setup from before just a fresh motor. Ill pull the pan...

 

Have a pedal stop setup?

 

Yes i have a pedal stop. As soon as i put any pressure on the pedal it bogs the motor down.

 

check discs one mine discs was on backwards........lol

Just curious if you ever got this issue resolved? Running into the same problem right now with the strongest leads being the Omnipower Quicklutch is overstroking it or the clutch is binding up or the diaphram isn't releasing enough.
