I put new wheels and tires on my 1996 Honda Civic DX hatchback and then it threw a rod. (At 152k miles.. I know.)

I bought a 2001 Honda Accord LX Coupe... I want to know if I can swap them?

Unfortunately no. The Accord has a 4x114.3 pattern and the Civic has a 4x100 pattern.
