how do i get the ac in my 98 accord ex to blow colder air
Hey guys, i have a 98 honda accord ex auto..
my ac wasnt blowing cold air and i got the kit that comes with the 2 cans 134 and it started blowing colder air than it was before but i still dont think its cold enough. On days when the temperature is moderate outside that ac is alright but when it gets really hot outside the ac cools but not enough as it should in my opinion.. How do i get my ac to blow frigid cold air?

Vacuum the system.
Check for leaks while holding charge.
If any, find the leaks, repair.
Charge system.
Heh, I have the same problem. Im going to check for leaks but I dont think there is any. My car blows cold, the same coldness it did when I bought it back in February so there probably isnt any leaks. But I dont feel it blows as cold as it should. It keeps the cabin cool when its on max, but not cold like other cars.
How exactly can one check for leaks? Is there like a bubble solution or UV light tester that auto part stores sell? And also how can the freon be captured? I have the feeling my car also leaks freon since it only cools for about 2 days after being recharged then goes back to blowing warm air.
