Hi guys,

I drive a RHD 00 Civic Coupe EM1 in AU, I've been having this noise issue for sometime now which is hard to describe coming from which I think is from the wheel hubs. It only happens when I am moving either in slow traffic when in 2nd gear or if I am pitched stationary on an incline on a road starting off. The sound is like a kind of a moaning sound (like something is rubbing) similar to a degree to truck brakes. It can't be my brakes as I am not using them only happens if I moving slow and take off in a low gear like 2nd or if I am stationary on an incline driving off in first gear. This sound happen for a sec then goes away. I also have skunk2 sports shocks on my civic which is on lowered skunk springs.

Sounds very weird I know, I have no idea what it could be??

Any ideas?
