Default AEM intake and throttle body spacer help

Hey everyone, i'm doing my first engine upgrade for my 96 civic dx and i wanted to get your guys opinion. I've been looking for an intake and found one i liked(first link) and wanted to know if you guys think this is a good intake or if there's another intake that is better. I was also was looking at throttle body spacers(second link) and wanted to know if you guys recommend putting the throttle body spacer, because i've read mixed opinions on putting a throttle body spacer. Some people are saying it's good and some say it's bad. Thank you guys for all your help. I really appreciate it.

AEM makes very well constructed (and expensive) intake systems, but it would be a big waste of money to buy one for you Y7.

A throttle body spacer would be a complete waste of money.

I think you need to browse grumblemarc's thread for a while...
