Wiring Harness Dropped - A/C and Turn Signals no longer working - Help!
Had some friends in town and they borrowed our '97 over the weekend... Driving on the interstate, driver's side front wheel well plastic dropped off, wiring harness dropped and all but two of the wires got ripped in half.
I spliced and taped all of them back together, all is good... Kind of. Turn signals no longer do anything (no clicking noise or dash lights), hazard lights work though. And the A/C system doesn't work either (no fans or anything). I have checked the fuses and I know that the condenser fan fuse is blown. Other than that, I haven't seen any others blown.
I'm hoping it is just the relays for the turn signals and the blower motor, since the A/C won't turn on if the fans aren't on.
I'm not an electrical guy, so any insight you have would be great help.
Should I just go to Autozone and pick up new relays? I don't have a volt meter to test the relays as of now either.
Thanks for any help!

How did you splice this together?
Did you use a voltmeter to check each wire you spliced for current and correct impedance?

Went to Autozone this evening and replaced the fuse I knew was blown and found another, both for A/C system.. A/C is back up and running! Now for the blinkers.
I didn't have a voltmeter to check anything and was 100 miles from home so I had no tools. Just used wire connectors and electrical tape. Seems to be going good so far, just need to check on the blinker system.
