From the Helms for the 95 Civic.

Warning. To avoid accidental deployment and possible injury, always connect the portective short connectors on the driver's and passenger's airbag connector before working near any SRS wiring.

1. Disconnect the battery negative cable, then disconnect the positive cable, and wait at least three minutes.

2. Connect the short connectors (RED).

Drivers Side:
-Remove the access panel from the steering wheel, then remove the short connector (RED) from the panel.
-Disconnect the 3-P connector between the driver's airbag and cable reel, then connect the short connector (RED) to the airbag side of the connector.

Front Passenger Side:
-Remove the glove box and access panel.
-Disconnect the 3-P connector between the front passenger's airbag and SRS main harness, then conect the short connector (RED) to the airbag side of the connector.

 

 

Pretty much covers it.
BTW, anyone want to buy a nice complete airbag system for a 1992-1995 Civic? Complete with wiring harness and control box. Not thrashed when removed.

 

step one. take hammer.
step two. smash little yellow box in center console
step three. go to hospital and get treated for burns
step four. remove deployed airbag assemblies

or

step one. take car to ghetto
step two. find chop shop
step three. ask dudes if they would like to steal airbags
if no, then leave car in ghetto with windows down for approximately 1.5 minutes
if yes, then wait 1 minute and leave.
