Default suspension frame/undercarrage painting.

Im planning on doing a whole restoration on my civic and I already have it stripped inside and out. I wanted to clean and degrease the suspension/engine bay undercarrage and than spray with a powerwasher and remove loose dirt. I want to this to make it clean and to prevent rusy . Whats beeter to do something like POR15 or just sand prime and paint the entire undercarrage/suspension. Will this help prevent rust.

POR15 can be used on the suspension parts but you will have to put a protective coating over it or it will start ot fade the engine bay just sand, prime and paint.
