Throw out bearing

Hi I changed my throw out bearing about 8 weeks ago and when I star my car I started to hear the throw out i press the clutch andvno more noise also i changed the Pilot bearing any ideas........did i do some thing wrong?

possibly the input shaft bearing(s) in your transmission need to be replaced

what would the symptoms be of a messed up throw out bearing or a pilot bearing?
