2003 Accord, I4, auto, sedan.

Of all the research I've done on the ELD, apparently there is no fix short of buying a new fuse box through the dealer. It causes my headlights, tail lights and dome light to flicker/dim

I'm hoping someone can shed some light on other options...? Please?

As for the gas door, are there any other people having issues with it? Occassionally when you press down on the handle to release the door, it doesnt work. BUT the trunk release function will... any insight? To overcome this, I have to open the trunk, pull the carpet sides down and remove the cable from the body allowing the door to pop open.

Any help?

I wish before I purchased this car for my wife that I would have researched its known issues, I'm sure the ELD one would have popped up. I knew there was a reason I had a gut feeling to buy a V6. lol.

 

So no one has any idea on the ELD situation or anything?

I realize the only way to fix it, is to replace it. But, Im curious if its possible to bypass it. Like I do in my 94 Civic w/Hondata.

For the gas door - is the "bushing" holding the cable at the gas door still there?
