As soon as my engine finally gets here (b18c) i'm going to need it swapped into my 94 Civic Si. I need a swap shop that can get the job done quick because this is my daily driver to school and work. Any recommendations?
im really not sure. but i have seen one shop and thats sengspeed in forest park, GA. but it would be better if you went to http://www.SIatlanta.com and went to the message boards and asked there. your more likely to get a response.
Sengspeed is shut down because of horrible business practices.
I work at a highly reputable shop in Jonesboro - just south os ATL - called Acura's and Honda's Specialists.
We can have it done in 1 or 2 days depending on what engine you have and what all parts you have.
Call me at the shop:
(770)603-9197
Ask for Tom - that's me.

Yeah Sengspeed is gone for good. Go to
&
specialist. They have good prices and do good work. You could go to Mahdavi or Engineered and take out a loan against your house to pay for the labor those guys will rip you a new *******.

Yea, lots of people have told me that Mahdavi is good but they told me it would be $1000 and take about a week. I didn't know that there was an Honda/Acura shop in Jonesboro either. That's pretty straight because I live like 20 minutes from Jonesboro in the Palmetto/Fairburn/Union City area. Tom, right now i have the d16 Si engine in there and I am swapping it for the b18c JDM engine. I'm going to be putting on a new clutch, timing belt, and probably water pump when i get it.
