91 DPFI EF to 93 B18B MPFI
First off, Yes i used the search button. Yes I know i suck at it, and yes i used Google.
Now that that's out of the way. Awesome site. Been lurking sense 2004 , and always found what i was looking for.... Until now. I'm in the middle of swapping a 93 B18a1 into my 91 civic hatch with dual point fuel injection. I have a complete 93 Intrega that is going to be the donor for the swap. I was told that i could use the complete engine harness/ECU from the teg for the conversion from dual point to multi point. While also changing from OBD0 to OBD1. Is What i was told true? do i use the body harness also? I'm far from new to mechanics or to Honda's. Any and all information would be helpful. Even if its a flame or two.

First off, the b18b came out in 94 not 93. 1993 still had a b18a1.
Second punch who ever told you you could use the engine harness to swap in the motor.
You will have to use your stock engine harness and modify it accordingly. If you don't want to modify the harness then you can guy out the entire car harness and try n make the da harness work. Doing this will only bring you back asking for help on how to fix your car because something went wrong.

you need them but also have to change some wires around and it will be mpfi. you need a jumper harness for the obd1 which on rywire is $100. Its $190 for the vtec, distrib adapter,4 wire o2 if you want to wire less. i mention the vtec cause with the information they have on lsv now i couldnt see anyone not doing it.
Ignore everything I just said save yourself the time, energy, possibility of screwing it up and go to crx si-r. I you dont believe me ask him price then look at his fb pictures.
