Putting b16a2 into 91 hatch questions
info on car:
-91 civic si
-changed dash harness to a std harness because stock one was damaged and melted due to janky wiring from previous owner.
-motor currently in the car is a zc vtec
-already have obdo - obd1 / dpfi to mpfi jumper w/p28 chipped ecu
-knock sensors and oxygen sensors have been deleted as well as vtec pressure sensor
-running obd1 injectors and obd1 dizzy
-frame already beaten in for the alt clearance (car used to have a obdo b16a before i got it)
new motor and what i have to put it in:
b16a2 out of a em1
hasport b series motor mounts w/ the da t-bracket
b16 cable lsd tranny
planning on cutting and welding the em1 shift linkage
DA axles
sorry for all the questions, i just want to be prepared when i go to put the motor in. want to have the least amount of down time because this is my dd. will be searching the web for the answers to these questions as well just want to see if i can get some here.
so my questions are-
will i need to put my obd1 injectors onto the b16?
can i change the the plug on the obd2 dizzy to the obd1 plug? obd1 dizzy
plug already wired onto the stock harness so i was wanting to keep that.
there's a sensor mounted on the b16 fuel rail with vacuum hoses connected to it. one end goes the the intake manifold and the other end goes to something else. Maybe a valve or something? then leads down as if it would go to the fire wall. so my question is do i need this? what is it? and if so where do i connect the end that goes down to the fire wall?
also noticed there's a sensor mounted on the back of the zc's intake manifold that i think is the air flow or air temperature sensor? not sure but whatever it is its not on the b16. is this the sensor thats mounted on the b16 fuel rail?
is there any other plugs that are missing from the b16 that are on the single or vise versa that i need to add or delete?
will the stock hydro clutch and pressure plate work with the cable b16 trans?
will the d series clutch cable and vss cable work with the b16 trans?
think i read somewhere that i need to change the driver side mount post thats attached to the block to the DA one, is that correct?
also will the iavc from the zc manifold fit on the b16 manifold? the plug on the b16 one broke off. was looking at em and they look very similar.
the motor came with a set of 4-1 headers that are obviously designed to work with a cable trans because the pipe closest to the trans is all beaten in so that it would clear the slave cylinder. so what i want to know is will these headers clear the front cross member? or will i have to cut it? or beat it with a hammer?
theres a sensor and plug coming up from under the crank shaft pulley, is this a knock sensor or??
will the obd2 alt and starter work with my stock harness? will i have to change any plugs? pretty sure there the same just wondering.
will post pics of the sensor on the b16 fuel rail and the sensor on the zc manifold soon.
THANKS FOR ANY INPUT! Its greatly appreciated

thanks! found that earlier today! answered a lot of my questions.
these are the ones im still looking for answers for.

Evap purge solenoid, goes connected to charcoal canister.
2nd pic is of intake air temp. The 99-00 Si manifold does not have the intake temp sensor on it, instead it's located on the intake pipe

Thanks for your input! So is this purge valve required or can I remove it and cap off the vacuum line. Also for the I take air sensor should I put the plug off the b16 harness on to mine or is this needed?
