turbo set up

I have a 92 prelude with jdm H22a, what will be a good turbo set up for 13 seconds range? Thanks.

Any kit turbo should get you into the high 13s
5-8psi of boost should net you ~300whp

Honestly, if you have another post asking about how to take the starter out, I don't think a turbo kit is for you.
