Default h22 with f22 crank question

I am piecing together a shortblock for my lude and will be using a h22a block with a f22 crank. If i run type s pistons and use the h22 rods stock jdm cams does anyone know if i will be running into p2v clearance issues. I believe that should put compression somewhere between 11:1 and 12:1. I only have one head and the car is still on the road (rings are done) i was hoping to swap the short block in a weekend. (would make claying a pita) Any input is appreciated thanks.

Someone put together this awesome site ...
h/f block calculator

The setup you're talking about causes the pistons to sit .020 out of the block. Using a thicker head gasket [.046 which should be +.020] you can get to .000 effective difference.

There are plenty of people that have run stock cams and cam timing without issues, from what I have read.

I'm planning the same build myself this summer, so I've been doing the same research
