2000 Accord v6 trans question

2000 Accord v6 trans question
Are the autos in this the same units as on the J32s in a TL/CL? Looking at a nice coupe with 260K on it, trans feels fine, but doesnt appear to have the cooler attached to it that the Acuras did.
