1989 Accord LXi will not start
I have a 1989 Accord LXi I'm working on and it will not start. When I turn the key, the dash lights dim something electrical makes a funny noise and the headlights flip up and turn on. I am stumped. Here is a video I posted on YouTube showing the problem.
