B17 swap smoggable?

B17 swap smoggable?
I currently have a b18a1 i was going to get bar'd but now i might swap my engine for a b17a1. this is what it comes with:
B17A1 GSR
Y1 GSR transmission
HASPORT mounts
HASPORT linkage
ACT stage 1 clutch
CLUTCH MASTER 12 pound flywheel
AEM cold air
CTR pully
ITR cams
ITR intake manifold
ITR tb
ZYDNE ecu
APEXI vafc
My question is, will i be able to get this bar'd still?
right now i have a 92 integra catalytic converter, obd1 equipment, basically everything i would need to smog a b18a1.
Can i use the cat to get it bar'd or would i need a cat from a b17??
