Alky requires injector to be twice as big because is has roughly 1/2 the BTU content. I won;t even get into the fuel line issues and cylinder wall wash down when using alky.
i would like for someone to please give a complete breakdown of running a methanol setup, like what to watch for and what to change.

simple.....
Heres the breakdown guys.
turbo cars only is what i know so nothing based on all motor stuff ask elite on that info.
Turbo basics with methanol
You will need at least some form of igntion setup. I reccommend digital 7 with MSD HVC pro coil.
You will need weldon or some form of fpr that can handle methanol/alky
You will need -12 feed into your rail usually 3/8 -12 fitting is what is used return is usually -10 setup. With methanol you do not need to vent yourfuel tank. IT will evaporate.
Anodize what ever metal products you have inside and out. Make sure you hae good fittings with no signs of failure.
You also would need double the fuel pump and fuel injector sizes. So if you are currently on 96lb you will need double that same with your pump. Usually a weldon 2035 pump handles all your needs.
I use personlaly two Venom 100lb and hour fuel pumps for cost effectiveness and its way cheaper.
watch out when tuning you af ratio now is complety different you will be buring in the range 5:1 af or around that. all motorsreact differently so do what your car feels.
