hows it going everyone i got a 1995 accord with and h22a usdm swap in it i did the swap car is an ex so it was already vtec. for some reason vtec will not engage things i have tested so far were

-vtec solenoid is good
-vtec pressure switch is good
-car has good oil pressure
-wires going to vtec solenoid and pressure switch are good
-oil pan is not dented
-There is NO CEL car revs free to 7900

Not sure if it matters but car has I/H/E, egr delete, and IAB delete

Car has a neptune rtp ecu the computer is changing over but the motor is not i tested my ecu on my cousins b20v hatch and vtec engaged im not sure what to check next can someone help me out thanks guys
