help...rear wheel is not spinning...
When I drive around, it sounds like something is loose...it makes a shhhh sound. I first thought it was my coilovers, but I don't think it is because I tightened the bolt. I been driving around like that for a few days because I thought it would just go away, but last night it got really loud. I jacked up my car today to see what it could be, but I can't figure it out. I can't even spin the rear right tire (that's the wheel that has the problem), but I can spin the left wheel just fine.
What do you think can be the problem?

Try popping your break drum off, and looking in there. Assuming you dont have rear discs of ocurse.

Check your E-brake setup or the wheel cylinders may have seized? Try talking off your wheels and Drums and see wassup maybe something from brake assembly wedged in there.
Its deffinetly a problem inside your drum. Try to loosen your E-brake cable completely, if that doesnt help try unwinding the adjuster bolt through the back opening in the drum. That should unseize your wheel.
If you pick up the car and push on the wheel and it move side to side its you hub baring i just changed mine it will cost you around 80.00 dollars
