rear fluid-filled motor mount - 6th gen auto
ummm. pretty sure you MIGHT be able to do that. You would most likely need to do some fabrication to the metal mount in order to get the bolt holes to line up.
I have never seen anyone use anything other than Accord mounts -- wether it be Poly filled OEM, Inovative solid or Excelerate solid mounts.
You can compare the pics of the rear mounts and see the differences. i.e.: 98-02 Accord vs 2003 Acura CL-s
as far as the vacuum line/fluid set up for it. Yes, you can do without that feature...not sure what steps you need to do to make it work.
I had a guy here on the east coast do the work for me. But, I have none of that fluid/vacuum set up on my 01 Accord. Even the hard lines have been removed, that is for sure, because he had me do that work while I cleaned up my engine bay.
