Hi there all H-T brothers,


This is the first weird problem i had in my life.

Yesterday i adjust the ignition timing with the timing light gun and every thing run perfect.

Today we start the engine and then suddenly its off then we change the spark plugs then we start it again, and when i start the engine after that i check the ignition Timing with a timing light then timing gun light is like flashes in 5 second and suddenly it shut off for 2 second and so non stop like that the whole time engine is runing,the RPM is idling @1080 in between and back 890, after wile it stops cranking of the fuel is not burning like it shod running because the spark stop the firing process's like 2 second Afr's getting richer and richer then flu-dded engine wont start til we remove the sparks plug and wait for them till thy dry, NGK BKR7E Gap to.027, 6766 billet turbo id 1000cc target boost as befor @18 psi goeal 420 to 460Whp.
its tuned before @18 psi pump gas made 491whp on a 6765 cast turbo & i am running the same base map but need to be tuned.

We remove the disturber we fix it in other engine its running perfect plug the
timing gun then test the light it flashes normal, then we put it back again in
engine and its running the same issue we change the plugs wire,then recheck
the dis wiring ecu wiring to still the same issue every things checked.

Datalog with crome bro all sensors is working no cel is there.

WTF is wrong i don't have clue.

 

I don't know about the gun light acting up, but you do know you need to set/check/adjust the distributor timing when the motor is fully warmed up right?

Sounds Luke you started it up, idle is up around 1000 rpm, so the motor is cold, it won't read properly until the motor is warm.

 

Guys any one face the same issue any clue ?????

I Have to Dyno it tomorrow night.

 

 

Today we change the alternator and distributor spark plugs to, but when the motor is heats up like to normal temp its running rich as hell same before timing light gun flashes as mentioned before then it stop running from the non burn fuel.

Note: i am ruining the same map as it has been tuned before the the only thing that
has been change is the car wiring is don perfectly and re checked again.

guys any idea???
