need help choosing a clutch

What up ht, I need help choosing a clutch for my gsr swap. I'm torn between a competition clutch stage 2 or stage 3. I do have future plans of boosting it with goals of around 350whp. I would like to go stage 3. I am completely stock right now. Will the stage 3 segmented Kevlar clutch mess up my tranny? Any info would be great, thanks. I tried a search with no luck. Pls help. Lol

cm stage 3, while i never personally owned one my 2 friends with them with no issues 550whp and 400whp

Using a higher rated clutch then needed isn't going to mess up a transmission by itself, but with the increased capabilities of a clutch it can lead to additional shock on the drive-train if care is not taken.
