Icon2 Why dont more people build up F23 block and head?

I think the F23 block is going to end up being the new B20. I mean everyone is buying up these blocks and just slapping on a head. h22, F22, h23 .... But why not the F23 stock head? looking at this flow chart here...

The f23 stock head seems to outflow the f22 head and even outflows the minor ported f22 head. So why arent more people making a all motor build such as...

F23 Block, Crank, Rods, Head $200
k24 Pistons (12+ Compression ratio) $125
Delta Reground Cam $80
Bored to 87mm for oem pistons.
Tuning
H23 IM
70MM TB

This setup would be dirt cheap and wouldnt this get you 170hp? This is basically the same build as Ivan's @ JJ motorsports, but instead of using the f22 head its using the better flowing F23 head.

according to the zeal calculator, the heads have the same 50cc combustion chamber. so what am i missing? perhaps the shape of the combustion chamber will cause piston to valve contact? Just trying to learn why.

I guess the reason I chose the f22a6 head is because the intake openings on the head were huge. Also I wanted to use the h23 intake manifold with the h22 plenum. I've also read that the f22a6 head has the same valve angle of the k20 but I have not physically checked. Bisimoto is also know to have an f22a6head that flows 360+ cfm. Just seemed like a great choice and believe I made the right decision.
