Ive been trying to help my nephew install an H22 into his 98 civic EX. both cars are 98's. My issue i am having is the wiring. The crank sensor is 4 wires on the H22 and 3 wires on the D16. He plans on keeping the car OBD2, can anyone point me in the right direction to wire the car and what ECU i should be using? I read about 20 pages and searched the H22 swap thread but didnt find what i was looking for, im sure its there but there are thousands of posts. Usually people chime in stating to convert to OBD1 or skip over the question. Can i get some real answers here?
