Default My D15 with MPFI swap cranks, but won't start! Help!!!

As the topic states, I recently did an MPFI swap. I finished the swap with no problems and it ran fine for 3 weeks, until yesterday evening. My car died on me. I would try to start it, but it wouldn't. The engine would crank fine and all, but doesn't start.

I've haven't checked my distributor for spark nor have I checked the fuel line. I did however, want to see what else could be the problem.

Thanks in advance!

i'd open up the dist cap and check that the rotor is still held on tight. this happened to me while on the highway, got it towed to the nearest shop to my house and they opened up the dist cap and found the screw that holds the rotor sitting inside the dist cap

i guess it wasn't tight enough when i changed the cap and rotor...good thing nothing else happened...

but try it...

I would be looking at the distributor as well. I had a similar problem, and it turned out to be the ignitor. Sometimes the wires that plug in to the ignitor become loose. The ignitor out of your old dx dizzy will fit, so there's nothing to lose by swapping it out.

There is no ECU code. No CEL. I haven't cracked the dizzy open yet. I did however check the fuel pump and all the fuel components. There is gas pressurizing in the fuel rail so I think that is okay.

I'll go home tonight and check the dizzy. I also found that my #4 spark plug wire had moisture in there! I think that MAY have shorted out the dizzy. Is that even possible?

But thanks for the tips guys!
