Default what throttle body to use with water/meth???

im having issues with my tps getting moisture in it from the water/meth injection... i have an omni 70mm tb right now and would like to replace it with something better... the problem that another member on here brought up is how the tps cavity is sealed from the throttle body itself... most use "sealed" bearings, just like the omni tb and thats the only thin separating the tps cavity from the tb...

im really interested in situations where someone had this moisture problem and came up with a definative fix for it... or found an altenative product that remedied it... i would like to stay with a 70mm throttle body...

you're the first I've heard with this experience. There are several on here using meth/water, and this is the first we've heard of this..

Sure its not something else?

well at first i had a tps installed w/o the gasket, washed the motor assumed that was it... tps was reading fruity... replaced tps and installed an o-ring, same thing only no engine wash... replaced again, this tps had a gasket that came off of the throttle body, so i ditched the o-ring... now the same thing again... i have let the tps sit out to dry, i have cleaned it with alcohol and let it dry, same issues... tps starts reading at 25-35% at idle and there is not enough sweep in it to get from 0-100... i can install another one and it will work fine... i have tried calibrating w/ the s300, still no full sweep...

here is more info...

but if it is leaking past the bearing, how would not using a gasket ruin the tb...

That's what I am saying here. It is ruined. Get another throttlebody entirely from the multitude of choices available on the market and try again. But there is NO SPECIFIC THROTTLE BODY made for meth/water use.

I know 3 other people having the exact same thing happen.. On BDL, S2 and OEM as well.... Its not a very common thing, and im starting to care as im putting on a kit. I have a BDL.

short answer is to put the nozzle post tb in a sopacer or something...

IDK, wiosh I had better news. Im going to try my luck in the pipe thouigh as it does help cooling. I plan on spraying 75/25 12 GPH 150 PSI
