What ecu for B18B Turbo + GS-R Tranny?

The motor is from 95 LS mated to 98 GS-R transmission. The motor is being built right now.
Should I get a LS ECU then chip it for turbo?

By looking at the Hondata webpage, seems, though not very clear, I need to provide the ECU and they chip it, right?
