91 civic sedan mini me swap obd1

The Bad: needs radiator and power steering hooked back up and other little things put back together also needs a dizzy needs 4 wire o2 sensor. Cracked windshield. NO ac/heat. Missing side molding.
The Good: OBD1 MPFI! fresh y8 head gasket and z6 timing belt. Interior is 9/10 (my opinion). All windows roll down. Has PS. adjustable cam gear due to "half tooth off" D16z6 head. OBD0 to OBD1 jumper harness wired up for vtec. Mugen front lip. Might be forgetting something.
Ok did the mpfi mini me swap my self im not getting spark to the wires but i am getting power from the dizzy may be the rotor/cap not sure just to be sure, a new dizzy should do it. Injectors are firing. Everything is on tdc. Really dont want to sell mostly trade. Already wired up for vtec just needs little things put back on.
MAY SELL THE SHELL IF ANYONE IS INTERSTEAD.
