Okay so I'm fixing up my 94 integra and it had one of those gay *** body kits. Well i ripped off one of the side skirts and found these. Not sure what they are or how to remove them with out making a huge buldging hole.

 

Sand them down and fill? Look like mounting points for the body kit.

Idk if I see this right, but it looks like there's a nice section of rust that was under the kit. Anything you do over the rust wont last and will actually get worse. Time to cut and weld (if I see the pic right)

 

I don't think u need to cut and weld seems to be just surface rust. Grind down that lump the rivet left sand down that rust and fill in that whole with bondo
