Which OEM ITR main seal part #?

Hey guys. I'm ordering some ITR OEM parts for my motor. The "rear main seal" or as they have it "oil seal Ref no 27. has TWO different part #'s. What are the differences and which one should i get? Thanks.

Two parts numbers for different manufacturer's in most cases. Or one part number could supercede another. Just choose either part.

They are the same. Just pick one or the other. That is quite a rip off compared to what I get that stuff for. No wonder people bitch so much about using Honda Genuine OEM parts.
