Default Brake Light Issue

I have a 2000 Honda Civic Ex and the brake lights along with the 3rd brake light are not working. All other rear lights are working fine.

I have replaced the following:

15 amp fuse, underhood number 52
OEM Brake Light Switch
Rear Blubs

After searching the only thing I can narrow it down to is a bad wire or ground. If this is the case how do I go about testing the line and any images/videos to help aid the troubleshooting?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Check whether battery voltage reaches the brake light bulb socket. If so, the ground is bad.
