CTR and ITR differences?

Default CTR and ITR differences?
Are the shocks, springs and brakes the same? Also how much does a JDM CTR weigh compared to a JDM ITR?

All I know is that the CTR is bit slower than the ITR, its like comparing a SIR to a GSR, the gsr is a bit faster......
