Leaking fuel injector

Default Leaking fuel injector

I have a 90 Crx si with a 91 b18a and its not running that quick right now and im trying to figure out what the problem could be. I got to looking at the number 2 fuel injector area and its leaking some fuel out not a whole lot but it is leaking some Could that be causing to loose a bit of power?

Not likely, but it should still be repaired/replaced.

are your injector plugs all in the right place? misfire could cause poor performance. i really got good use out of the fuel pressure gauge i got. can you describe the poor performance you are feeling? off the line? what gears are you feeling? are you getting full throttle?

Well its only leaking a little bit, But now i think i found the real reason its not performing as good as it should,

I pulled the number 1 spark plug wire out and it was drenched in oil and there was oil all in the spark plug gallery thing number 2 had a some also but less than number one, im hoping its the oring gasket things on the valve cover if not then it could be the head gasket i hope now

well, get a new O ring for the fuel injector

Yeah im going to i was just wondering if that was making me loose power, but as i stated above i now figured out why i am.
