1993 Honda Accord Overheating problems

1993 Honda Accord Overheating problems
I have a 1993 Honda Accord and it over it overheats after running the car for like 15 minute.
I replaced the Thermostate and it has atifreeze Coolant so what else can it be. I need help.
To be more clear the Accord is completely stock so no after market stuff.
Also how can I tell if the water pump is out?
The car temp goes above middle on the gauge but then it goes down...
The fans also work so....
