Default 92 Accord No Power Steering... Replaced Rack and PS Pump

I have a 92 Accord EX. I was having issues with handling and a leaking Rack and pinion. I replaced the rack and got an alignment. After the replacement and alignment, I have no Power Steering. I wound up replacing the pump, but the problem was still not solved. Then I replaced the PS fluid reservoir today after being told there is a screen/filter that clogs up. This still has not solved the problem.

Does anyone have any idea what could be preventing the PS assist to work? i want to see if I can diagnose this before I take it to the dealer.

Did you try to purge the air out of the system, or did you just replace the parts fill up fluid and drive?

I bled the system completely. No bubbles in the reservoir. I go tthe wheels off the ground and turned from end to end for a while but still no PS when i sat the wheels back on the ground.

Thank for you input but that isnt what the OP is asking about...

Op did you Make sure your lines went back into the correct location? did any of the lines get bent or kinked?

They all went into the new rack exactly where they came out (they are hard lines so it is difficult to reconnect them in the wrong place). I don't believe any lines got kinked bu tI will be double checking. If there are no kinks in the lines going to the rack, is there anything else I can check? Also, all of the lines on top (PS reservoir and PS Pump lines are definately not kinked).
