6th Gen Accord Auto Turbo Setup Mock Up
Hello i would like to start off by saying automatic is what i have if i could swap right now i would. I did a headgasket for a friend he choose to give up turbo life and i inherited his setup from a 96 accord. Nice for me because intercooler piping fit perfect and downpipe with wastegate fits perfect so that save some cash. Gonna be running 450cc dsm injectors (i got a resistor box from junkyard 3 dollars lol) n walbro pump, picked up a uego
He was using a safc2 with a msd boost timing master, i know since im vtec i should run vafc BUT from experiences with vafc2 i had i cant adjust vtec on this ecu it rejects changes and gives me the bird then goes limp mode. So since the safc was FREE and the msd timing master was FREE this is what i have and think its my best option at this moment UNLESS someone has any other solution or tips how to be able to manage. Willing to spend some cash on management but nothing crazy like $1300 etc, I cant find a Obd1 conversion harness or chip that will work if anyone knows of a place please let me know.i dont really want to tune with a safc but want to .Remember if i was rich i probably wouldnt be driving an accord
Note i have 2 spare working engines and 1 tranny for incase sh**, Installed a level ten bulletproof torque converter and tranny fluid cooler about 2 years back i know not much but its something,im a hoarder and buy parts when i find a deal in hopes i need it on a rainy day. This ramble has been eating me alive thanks for the listen. To those who try to help thank you very much N to those who gonna flame on the auto thanks douche bag for stating the obvious.

1. You dont need a resistor box, your car already has one.
2. You should NOT run VAFC. It is 2012, VAFC is a thing of the past. Get your car tuned on Crome.
3. Throw that SAFC away. I dont know what it is but it sounds like bad news.
4. You have an upgraded torque converter?
