Default rotor help

how in the world do you change the rotor on my car i took every thing off even the upper ball joint i couldn't yes i took the axle nut off and tried to take the lower out but i couldn't get it out how can i change them

I think it was their attempt to keep "people" for over tourqing the lugs and causing the rotors to warp.......I'd rather use a tourqe wrench on the lugs (and still do) than deal with this on my Accord.

i have a 90 honda accord and i was wondering if i could just swap out the knuckles from a different year to stop all the "captive rotor hassle" is this possible?

No. You do not have to change the knuckle. There is the ROH conversion in the FAQ sticky at the top of the page, everything you need to know with pictures.

This will be a heck of a way to do my first post but, so be it. Try a search function bro. There's tons and tons of DIYs on how to do a ROH set up. And multiple ways to do it. You said you have a '90 CB7 (chassis code for 90-93 Accord), run a Google search and follow your search item with site:cb7tuner.com. There will be a plethora of threads on how to do it there. And don't bother outright asking how to do it either, the answers will be the same...use the search function.
