when i accalerate from a stop or when i make a sharp right turn i hear a cracking knock.. it only happens once but it usually happens everytime i do this.. where or what should i start inspecting

 

Everything under the front of the car.

 

balljoints, cv joints, tie rods, bushings, brake caliper, wheel bearing... sway bar if you have one installed. and strut mount up top.

 

And you dont have to do the jiggy to check it,
just jack up car
get a long handles big shop pry bar
and check all joints calmly and smoothly without outside distractions and see where you end up with the play.
replace parts as necesary
