rattly & flimsy door panels!!!

Do any of you guys experience rattly and flimsy door panels??

I have it and its annoying...How do you make the door panels feel tight

Gut 'em, then seam weld 'em. Dukes of Hazzard style.
Or the other approach would be to Dynamat everything on the inside.
Goes from ting, to THUNK.
