how do you install one with the little black box thats connected to the oem intake wat is that

It's a vacuum operated resonator. It is used to reduce the noise given off by the intake the stock intake at certain RPM/load ranges. You can remove it. Make sure to plug the vacuum hoses or remove them and cap the hose barb.

im not really sure what that is[hose barb] so if i take it off what do i do with the part that plugs in

Vacuum ports, vacuum hose barbs or hose connectors

You can remove the solenoid and the vacuum hose. Then cap the vacuum port so you don't get a vacuum leak.

thanks man i was workin on my accord today tryin to change my rotor in the front out and i couldn't get the hub off i could'nt get the lower ball joint out how can i get that out any idea

Us a slide hammer for the hub and a pickle fork for the ball joint. There are other methods for breaking the ball joint. If you take a look on youtube there is one using a long wrench and a jack.
