93 Civic turns over but fuel pump has no power
Hello all, long time lurker
I have a 93 Civic LX, 5-spd. I ran fine until yesterday when it has since refused to run. The motor turns over fine, but the fuel pump is not getting any power. I replaced the main relay with two from Advance Auto, and a third new one from Honda dealership, and still no power to fuel pump.
All fuses are good, both under dash and under hood. I checked the continuity of the ignition switch and everything was as it should be there.
Upon supplying 12 volts to the fuel pump, I can hear it running. Thermostat housing grounds appear to be in good shape and tight.
At all key positions, only one wire to the main relay has 12 volts, the rest all have nothing. I can only hear one main relay click, and surely the original relay plus the three others I've tried are not all bad!
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Did you check for voltage at the unplugged main relay connector with the key in ON(II)? Two wire terminals in the plug should have voltage.
Recheck fuses 31 and 24. If they're both fine and two main relay plug wires have voltage, try resoldering the main relay.

At the main relay connector with the ignition in the on position, the yellow/wht stripe wire has 12 volts, the black/yellow stripe wire has .3 volts.
Where are the two fuses you speak of? I only know of the under dash fuses which appear to be numbered 1-23
